Our dynamic team is comprised of on Executive director, a Program Director, three Unit directors. You can find a number of professional youth developers at each of our individual sites.

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising, marketing, and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors.

A Program Director’s goal is to ensure every program is completed successfully to add the highest possible value to the organization and program participants. A Program Director researches, plans, develops and implements the organization’s outreach program services and is responsible for the delivery and overall success of each program.

A Unit Director Supervises and manages overall daily operations of designated Centers. Key areas of responsibility are ensuring outstanding programs and services delivery for members, supervision of staff development, facilities management, membership administration, and community The Caribbean Centers for Boys & Girls of the Virgin Islands, founded in 1973, is a non-profit, privately-funded 501{c}{3} organization and depends on private donations and volunteers to accomplish its mission, serving almost 200 youth a day.
